Another week and some pictures

Well this week was a good week. Full of the spirit and the drive to do missionary work. Even though people don't seem to be progressing I feel like I'm becoming a better and better missionary every day.

Sounds like your missionary thing was a great success. I'm so glad that it was for y'all. Its kinda funny y'all had more people at that thing than we had at church this week. If y'all keep doing things like that I'm sure the missionary work will just boom and y'alls ward will grow until its a stake. Keep up the good work.

So I just want to say that sacrifice brings blessings. We have been having the spirit with us super strong and teaching awesomely. The only problem is people have there agency. So hopefully this week I'll have an awesome story but for now know that we are trying to help people as much as they will let us.

Another Week

Hey Sounds life life is going great. I'm glad that there are no more car crashes and y'all are super safe. Have y'all decided what kind of car y'all want yet. I can't believe that Shelby got asked to prom again. How many people are going after her? Y'all gotta put a big fat bag over her head to protect her. hahahaha. I'm glad that math is going good and your getting to learn new things. I'm learning new things every day. I just am so grateful for the mission. It is probably the hardest thing I have ever done or will ever do but everyday I'm am so grateful that God found me worthy to even let me do his work. It makes me so happy and I'm loving every moment of it. So this week not a whole lot happened. We are really trying to work with the less actives here in Sicuani because our attendance is slowly dropping. 62 this last Sunday(that's a ward!!!!!) We really don't know what happened but we are going to try to help fix that. Funny story I found out this week that Elder Woolner sometimes has night terrors in his sleep. I woke up to him screaming his head off something about something under his bed. That was really interesting hahahahaha. Well I love y'all so much keep being awesome.

Hey Sounds like from moms letter that life is going good. Y'all decided on a car yet? The lord really has been blessing me but just in different ways. I can testify of that. I don't know why but it seems like the harder I work and the more I become obedient and the more drive I give the slower the work goes. It's weird the harder I push the slower the rock rolls. It's almost like my Heavenly Father is just stretching me and seeing how far he can push me until I snap. I just wish there was an end to the stretching. I'm glad y'all are receiving so many blessings and I'm so glad you are safe and secure with out a scratch that is one of the biggest blessing for me ever. Thanks for being such a great example to me.

So why is everyone I know starting to get into car accidents? Is ATL just super unsafe for drivers? Ariel, Dad, Jessica and Jeremy. Y'all can't be doing that on me. So basically I've come to the conclusion that NO ONE can drive the truck until I get back understood. And I can't believe that y'all sold the van. I won't recognize home when i get back. What type of car did you get? Well so everything is going great here in Peru. We are not crashing cars but we are just preaching the gospel 24/7. I'm starting to get really worn down so I'm so grateful for p-day. The reason we are late to the internet is because we took a fat nap before we went out. We have an investigator with date. I don't know if you remember Ider but we got a date on him again and this date seems much more sure! Frandu is progressing very nice. He loves it when we come we are just trying to get his member parents to agree to let him get baptized. Berta is also going good we are just having a hard time finding her. I'm so glad y'all are all super safe. Don't worry about me I'm doing fine and I'm loving the mission. Next week we will get to know the transfers but I'm pretty sure ill be staying here in Sicuani but who knows. Keep praying and read the BOM everyday. It truly has a power to change people. Carnivales

MOM

Well,this week was awesome in many different ways so here goes story time. Okay so first off there is a festival here called Carnivales so basically for the whole month of March they spray people with water and fetti and soap. Me and Elder Woolner didn't know this yesterday. When all of a sudden like about 20 10 year old girls came up and started spraying us with soap. We were so confused we didn't know what to do so we just yelled in a mixture of English and Spainsh what happened(que paso) it was really weird and unexpected I've got a photo of us attached. Elder Woolner was sick this week because for 2 days straight we walked in the rain. All day and nobody was home or anything so we just kept walking in the rain. And an awesome priesthood blessing story, So it was the night that Elder Woolner was sick but better. And I don't know what happened but all of a sudden my stomach just got super bloated and just full of gas. It wouldn't pass and it hurt me so bad. Any way I turned it hurt. So I did this for about like all night just tossing and turning until finally I basically asked Elder Woolner for a blessing. Within 5 minutes I was back to normal. I'm so grateful for that power that god has given man to bless and heal the sick and afflicted. Finally we found someone named Uber who has great potential to progress because he asks so many questions. I'll inform y'all later on that. So that was my week. It was super awesome and I've grown so much from the good and bad of the mission. I LOVE IT. And I love y'all Please find someone who can improve from this gospel always ask for missionary opportunities.

Dad I know I can conquer Satan but to be honest I don't know why you say I'm extraordinary. I'm just a normal guy doing the work of the lord that's the only reason why I could be extraordinary is because of Him but I'll will do what you consel me to do and I'll pray about this. PS I had a like 3 days where we walked in the rain all day and nobody listened to us all day. I just keep thinking about the rose field and how that was a thorn but somehow it will be a rose one day. I learned how to endure through the rain for the lord. It was one of the most awesome experiences I've had on the mission so far just doing his will through the thick and thin.
