Machu Picchu IS SO
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! enough said. I can't wait to show
you all these awesome things that I am seeing in the mission. It was a long and
tiring day, but it was so worth it.
This week was much better than last week. We are working
hard and having success. I want to talk to you about a less active we are
working with. His name is
W. He has been a member since he was 11. His
brother is our ward mission leader and he's really active, but W has always
just been kinda dragged to church by his brother in a good way but he never had much testimony. Well, we have been teaching him and he is making leaps and bounds.
Everything we teach him he puts into practice. He is reading the Book of Mormon. He wants to do his home teaching visits he even said he wants to leave
with us and teach people. You may ask, where did all this excitement come from?
Well I can tell you its not from Elder Kotter and Elder S. It's from his
desire to change, and then he listens to the spirit and makes the changes necessary. Most importantly he makes the effort to make prayer, scripture study
and church attendance part of his life and a habit. That is what really changes
people. Those three things I know you can really see the difference in those
who do that and those who don't. I love this gospel and how it can change us if
we really do the things that are asked of us.
I cant wait to Skype with y'all Sunday at 6.
Love
Elder Kotter
